The Journal of African Real Estate Research (JARER) (ISSN 2304 8395) is in the process of reconstituting its Editorial Board and, for this purpose, is currently seeking AfRES members and experienced researchers to help take the Journal into a new and exciting direction.

JARER is the open Access journal of the African Real Estate Society (AfRES) and is hosted by the University of Cape Town Library. The primary function of the journal is to deepen the understanding of African real estate markets. JARER also strives to facilitate dialogue between researchers engaged on research into real estate issues in Africa. The journal is
published online biennially via the journal’s web site.
