At the 2023 Annual Conference of the (AfRES) in Nairobi, Kenya, the IREBS Foundation for African Real Estate Research was awarded the Corporate Leadership Award of AfRES for its diverse activities. The award, which was presented for the first time ever, acknowledges the longstanding operation and engagement of the foundation in promoting young researchers and universities on the African continent.
